How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our online booking site at MoeGo — just click the "Book Online" button on any page. All appointments are by appointment only, first come first serve. No waitlist.

What are your hours?

We are available Monday by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. We are also closed on major holidays.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible since spots fill up quickly. We do not maintain a waitlist, so securing your preferred time slot ahead of time is the best approach.

Do you service my area?

Question 5

Can I add a pet or service on the day of my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Same-day additions that require changes to our planned route may incur a Route Adjustment Fee starting at $15. This includes adding pets, changing the service location, or adding unscheduled services. Please reach out ahead of time whenever possible.

What is included in the Bubble Bliss Bath?

Accepted Answer

The Bubble Bliss Bath includes a face trim, feet trim, sanitary trim, nail trimming and grinding, shampoo and conditioner, pre-brush, face wash, and ear cleaning. Heavy coated breeds may have additional fees.

What is included in the Tailored Trim Treatment?

The Tailored Trim Treatment is our full groom package and includes nail trimming and grinding, shampoo and conditioner, pre-brush, face wash, ear cleaning, blow dry, and a complete haircut. Heavy coated breeds and specialty haircuts may have additional fees.

Why are poodles and doodles priced differently?

Poodles, doodles, and poodle mixes have coats that require more time, specialized techniques, and additional product to groom properly. The difference in pricing reflects that extra care and effort.

Do you groom cats?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer cat grooming services including our Bubble Bliss Bath starting at $95, the Purrfect Haircut starting at $110, and an Add-On Bath for $45. We use a patient, low-stress approach tailored to each cat's comfort level.

What add-on services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer several add-ons including Skin Soothe Spa ($20), Deshedding Treatment ($25+), Matting Removal ($25+), Flea & Tick Shampoo Treatment ($15+), and Nail Polish ($10). These can be added to most appointments.

Question 11

What is mobile grooming and how does it work?

Mobile grooming means we bring a fully equipped grooming van directly to your home. Your pet gets groomed right outside your door in a private, one-on-one setting — no other animals, no cages, and no stressful salon environment. Just show us where to park and we handle the rest.

What do I need to provide?

Nothing at all! Our van is completely self-contained with its own water supply and power. You just need to provide a safe, accessible parking spot near your home.

Is mobile grooming less stressful for my pet?

Accepted Answer

For most pets, yes. Your pet is the only animal being groomed at the time, which eliminates the anxiety that comes from being around other dogs, loud salon environments, and extended cage time. Many pets that struggle at traditional salons do much better with mobile grooming.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Accepted Answer

Appointment length varies depending on the service, your pet's size, coat condition, and temperament. A bath typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, while a full haircut can take anywhere from one hour to two and a half hours. We will give you a better estimate when you book.

Can I stay with my pet during the appointment?

Due to insurance requirements, only our employees are permitted in the van during grooming. However, you are always welcome to stay nearby. We will keep you updated and let you know as soon as your pet is ready.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations with 48 or more hours notice have no charge. Less than 48 hours notice incurs a 50% fee. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a 100% fee. Nail-only appointments cancelled within 48 hours are also charged 100% of the service total.

Are deposits refundable?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. All outstanding fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.

What if I need to cancel due to an emergency?

Accepted Answer

We understand that life happens. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for severe weather, medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if something comes up.
